(“Terms”) Wallies LLC continues to have and retain ownership of all copyrights for its own use. Once you have disposed of the NFT you will lose all licenses and Wallies LLC will have the right to demand you remove all works displaying the NFT in which you must comply.

Subject to the above (“Terms”), as long as you have purchased and have not disposed of your NFT, Wallies LLC grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely forthe following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (i) as part of our marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your CHULUBME NFT.

Subject to the above (“Terms”), As long as you have purchased and have not disposed of your NFT, Wallies LLC Grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art Commercial Use. Examples would be making use of the art to create a t-shirt.
